Your First Visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early so you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. You can also download and print the form to fill out prior to your arrival.

Initial Examination

Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam, including an examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Insurance Claims

We offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. Our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better so you can maximize your dental benefits to improve your oral health. 

Payment Methods

The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit and most major credit cards.
